Aaron A. Bowers, 26, Archbold, was one of 30 people indicted by the Fulton County Grand Jury, Monday, Aug. 20.
The grand jury handed down a two-count indictment charging Bowers with possession of LSD and one count of trafficking in LSD.
A press release from Scott Haselman, Fulton County prosecuting attorney, states that on or about Sunday, Aug. 12, Bowers allegedly transported LSD for sale by himself or another person.
LSD is an illegal hallucinogenic drug.
Others indicted:
•Nathan W. Jewell, 30, Swanton; indicted on one count each, domestic violence, aggravated burglary, violating a protection order; on or about July 19, allegedly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to a family or household member; allegedly trespassed in an occupied structure when another person was present; allegedly had a deadly weapon on his person.
•Zachary M. Shirkey, 26, Rossford; indicted on two counts, unauthorized use of the Law Enforcement Automated Data System (LEADS); on or about Jan. 21, 2016, and April 9, 2018, allegedly gained access to LEADS without consent.
•Megan L. Osborne-Steuer, 28, Lyons; indicted on one count, possession of cocaine; on or about May 11, allegedly possessed cocaine.
•Mohammed A. Omara, 34, Toledo; indicted on one count, aggravated possession of drugs; on or about June 8, allegedly possessed a controlled substance.
•Keith E. McCullough, 41, Delta; indicted on one count, possession of cocaine; on or about May 2, allegedly possessed cocaine.
•Scott A. Rodgers, 43, Adrian; indicted on one count each, theft, engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity; on or about March 17-May 5, allegedly stole property valued at more than $1,000 but less than $7,500; allegedly participated in the affairs of an enterprise through a pattern of corrupt activity.
•Bradley A. Duden, 44, Wauseon; indicted on two counts, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated; on or about Aug. 2, allegedly operated a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and-or drugs and allegedly refused to submit to a chemical test.
•Charles K. Coffelt, 26, Wauseon; indicted on one count each, possession of heroin, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, endangering children; on or about April 24, allegedly possessed heroin and allegedly operated a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and-or drugs while a child under age 18 was in the vehicle.
•Joshua P Miller, 39, Metamora; indicted on one count, theft from a person in a protected class; on or about April 24-Aug. 20, allegedly stole property valued at more than $1,000 but less than $7,500 from an elderly person.
•Joseph D. Lamb, 39, Delta; indicted on one count each, grand theft, having weapons while under disability, possession of heroin; on or about June 10-Aug. 10, allegedly stole a firearm and allegedly possessed that firearm while under disability; allegedly possessed heroin.
•Jason A. Foster, 27, Wauseon, indicted on one count each, trafficking in cocaine, permitting drug abuse; on or about Nov. 10, 2017, allegedly sold or offered to sell cocaine from his motor vehicle.
•Jacob E. Olson, 26, Wauseon; indicted on four counts, trafficking in heroin, one count, aggravated trafficking in drugs; on or about Nov. 6- 29, 2017, allegedly sold or offered to sell heroin and methamphetamine.
•Brandon P. Bailey, 26, Napoleon; indicted on one count, trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present; on or about Aug. 10, allegedly trespassed in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present.
•Laura M. Gilmer, 48, Bryan; indicted on one count, possession of heroin; on or about March 16, allegedly possessed heroin.
•Elizabeth R. Norman, 52, Swanton; indicted on one count, possession of cocaine; on or about Nov. 11, 2017, allegedly possessed cocaine.
•Thomas S. Partin, 52, Swanton; indicted on one count, possession of cocaine; on or about Nov. 11, 2017, allegedly possessed cocaine.
•Amy S. Downey, 52, Napoleon; indicted on one count each, possession of heroin, possession of drugs; on or about Jan. 11, allegedly possessed heroin and another controlled substance.
•Corey J. Robinson, 23, Swanton; indicted on one count, possession of cocaine; on or about April 10, allegedly possessed cocaine.
•Michael A. Wallace, 34, Swanton; indicted on one count, possession of cocaine; on or about April 10, allegedly possessed cocaine.
•Joseph A. Mattison, 39, Delta; indicted on one count each, obstructing official business, failure to reinstate a license, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, having weapons while under disability; on or about July 25, allegedly prevented or obstructed the performance by a public official of his lawful duties; allegedly transported a firearm in a motor vehicle while under disability.
•Jason E. Grubb, 31, Montpelier; indicted on one count, possession of heroin and two counts, aggravated possession of drugs; on or about Dec. 5, 2017, allegedly possessed heroin, methamphetamine, and fentanyl, a synthetic opioid.
•Avante S. Koonce, 25, Wauseon; indicted on one count, failure to provide notice of a change of address; on or about Jan. 18, having been a convicted sex offender, allegedly failed to provide written notice of his change of address of his place of employment to the county sheriff as required by law.
•Matthew S. Andrews, 30, Wauseon; indicted on one count each, illegal use of a minor in a nudity oriented material or performance, pandering obscenity involving a minor, sexual imposition; on or about Feb. 18, allegedly possessed obscene material that showed a minor in a state of nudity; allegedly had sexual contact with a minor older than 13 but younger than 16.
•Justin R. Gowing, 23, Swanton; indicted on one count, theft; on or about March 26-April 17, allegedly stole tools valued at more than $1,000 but less than $7,500.
•Ryan M. Fervida, 44, Delta; indicted on one count each, pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor, rape, gross sexual imposition, eight counts, pandering obscenity involving a minor; on or about August 2015-Feb. 1, 2017, allegedly possessed material showing a minor participating in sexual activity; reportedly engaged in sexual conduct with a person under 13.
•Porfirio Diaz, Jr., 59, Toledo; indicted on nine counts, breaking and entering, three counts, theft, two counts, grand theft, and one count each, attempted breaking and entering, receiving stolen property;
